| littlelexy's Full Review: Krups 239 Power X Plus 14-Speed Blender |
We had a blender on our list of needed things for quite some time. Recently we got the Krups Power X Plus blender. I couldn't wait to get it out of the box and blend something, anything! At first glance, it looks pretty simple to put together, and it was. I was fascinated by this power burst switch, I'd never heard of that before. Maybe because our blender was so old and broke so long ago. The Krups Power X Blender has a powerful 330 watt motor. It comes with the 48 oz glass jar, a removable blade assembly, the lid and the base. It has 14 speeds on an adjustable dial. And now, the power button, it provides an instant burst of power on every speed. To cut through tough blends. Oh, it also has an ice crushing button, can't forget that!
I love the ease of this blender. We had no trouble setting it up. The parts come apart quickly for cleaning as well. I like it more than our old one, because it has an extra large jar and base. It doesn't seem to be vibrating off the counter, nor do you have to hold it down. There's not a thing I dislike about this blender and would recommend it.
We've used the Krups Power X Blender for the past 6 months and haven't had a problem with it. I even put the jar in the dishwasher, it's pretty durable. Of course, make sure the lid's on while blending and have fun churning away.
