| redthree57's Full Review: Kyocera QCP 3035 Cell Phone |
I have been using cellular service for 5 years now. Three carriers and six phones later I am now with Sprint and I use a Qualcomm Kyocera QCP 3035. I would dare say that this is the best phone yet. I have had good phones all with a good feature or two but I can honestly say this one brings the complete package.
First of all It has all the great basic features. Caller Id, A really easy to use phone book, one touch dialing, voice activated dialing, wireless web, and all the standard features of a cell phone.
This phone has a lot going for it on the appearance side of the coin also. It is a nice compact phone and it has a very nice display screen. The buttons have backlights and it is impossible to rub the numbers off like phones I have had in the past. The appearance is also easy to maintain. The only real downfall I have noticed as far as the actual appearance of the phone is that it is harder to carry around than other phones. I just put in my back pocket and usually have no problems.
This phone has many tools like an alarm clock, event schedule, calendar, calculator, tip calculator, voice memo and text memo section and the list goes on. Once of the features i enjoy the most on this phone is the speaker phone and you can push the scroll button to the left and see the last twenty ,or so, incoming and outgoing calls. This allows you to place calls faster.
The only things I would have to say negative about the phone is that the scroll menu button is easy to press by accident and t automatically puts you on the wireless web and costs per minute. The solution is to use the phone lock and it also has a feature you can enable that makes the phone automatically lock every 30 seconds. The phone also has a delayed reaction from time to time like it's memory is bogged down or something.
Other than these two downfalls overall I would say it is a great phone and is very considerable for it's look, features, and that it is highly up to date. It is truly the "cadillac" of cell phones.
