| Daphnedoo's Full Review: LEGO - Classic Set With Building Table |
My four year-old son received this as a Christmas present and it was well worth it. He already had the big bucket of Legos but this set with the built-in bases was just incredibly. He and his two year-old sister fight over it but they also play together with it.
He can make anything his imagination can come up with, put it on the green building surfaces, and when he's done just put them right in the little storage containers and slide the lids over. No Lego spills and everything is put away.
The only thing he doesn't like about it is when the green building surfaces are pushed together, he sometimes overlaps one lego that connects both bases. He sometimes likes to leave his creations on the bases but he can't if he has done this because then the lids won't close to prevent the other Legos from falling out when put away.
I think I would be safe in saying that he plays with his Legos every single day. He loves them. Even My two year-old daughter can handle the Legos. She can't make as elaborate creations as my son but she can do what she wants.
