Pros: First really classy Verizon Phone, great size, voice activated dialing, vibrate and ring options
Cons: Dumbest manual known to mankind, difficult address book, little support
The Bottom Line: If you want the coolest, this is it!

This is a great little phone that is both convenient and efficient. Have no idea why they made address book so difficult and a manual leaving you with more questions than answers. Still, since the StarTac, best option on the market! Lots to love in this easy to wear cellphone but best if you have a friend who really knows it or if you have time to figure it out on your own. Congrats Verizon! You are becoming more sensitive to your customer's preferences!!! Now the key is support...since the manual is so poor you must have intelligent users who can provide pragmatic information to new customers. There is no reason not to do this as this is the most customer conscious product offering you have ever had! Be proud! But also be smart and provide more support.
