thestar's Full Review: LG WM0642H Front Load Washer
I am very happy with this washer.
I am disabled and doing laundry with this washer has saved me a lot of time and trips up and down the stairs. The only problem is that it is a little low to the floor, but we will be purchasing the matching pedestals & I love the fact that it is easy to use with the digital read outs and the beeper that sounds like small chimes. I also love that I can wash a lot more clothes at one time than I could with our old Kenmore top loader. The dispensers are great, I can put everything in at one time, turn it on and walk away.
I would recommend this washer to anyone that wants extremely clean clothes and wants to cut their laundry time basically in half. I can wash a weeks worth of my husbands work clothes (Jeans, Hooded Sweatshirts, etc.) all in one load and they come out very clean.
I like the fact that I can choose the spin cycle speed and this washer spins out almost all of the water, cutting down on the drying time.
It uses a lot less water and energy which is definitely a plus. This is a great washer, I almost enjoy during laundry now, almost.
