Pros: Sleek style, excellent sound quality, has all necessary features.
Cons: Not sturdy, can't hold a charge, unreliable, multitude of technological problems.
The Bottom Line: Don't get this phone. Something is bound to break and you will be forced to purchase a new one. In this case, style doesn't beat reliability.

In choosing a new phone I wanted something sleek, new, and innovative. I choose the chocolate because it possessed all of these qualities, and had all of the features I wanted in a phone (camera, video, texting, internet access, ringtones etc...). Initially, I was very happy with the phone, however I soon learned that there was no way the phone would last two years, which is when the contract expires. Within the first six months, the exterior became very worn, causing its style to be lost, some of the buttons were cracking, and my phone occasionally turned off on its own. About a year into having the phone it stopped being able to hold a charge for more than one minute, and the earpiece and vibrator stopped working. Shortly after, the phone wouldn't turn on, forcing me to purchase a new phone AND battery. Through verizon contact, you must purchase the same exact phone, so I was stuck with the chocolate for the remainder of the two years. Many of my peers who have the same phone had very similar experiences with the phone simply not lasting the full two years. I really don't understand how LG can offer this phone knowing that it won't last the whole time in most cases. Save your money, buy something more reliable and sturdy!
