Pros: cheap, good image, USB hub
Cons: some troubles with the electricity
The Bottom Line: It is worth more than its tag price. A flat 17" monitor is specially good if you work with large spreadsheets. I recommend it.

| lkenski's Full Review: LG Flatron 795FT Plus CRT Monitor |
When we opened up our Internet startup in Brazil we decided to opt for a good quality monitor, since we expected to work more than 12 hours a day in front of the monitors and I was very concerned to our health, even though it was pricey then.
We bought 20 of these, and unfortunately almost all of them had problems... that seemed to be related to the variations in the electricity. Nobody ever knew what happened, but we had a good relationship with our tech vendor, who exchanged all of our monitor more than once.
We believe that maybe it was a technology adapting problem, because after this troubled start we had no more problems.
We've been using them for almost a year and a half and all of our employees are very satisfied with them. We are most certain that the monitor helped us increase our productivity.
Now that the prices gone down, I am considering on buying one for my home.
There are some important aspects which helped me on my buying decision:
-real flat screen
-.24 mm dot pitch, providing extra crisp quality image, which is specially helpful if you work with large spreadsheets at higher resolution
-good price
Even though I had problems in the beginning, I recommend it.
