We bought this dishwasher last week from Home Depot for about $500 after reading reviews on-line.  None of the reviews on this site were good but all other sites had positive reviews.  The noise was a big factor in our decision and this was the most quiet dishwasher we could find under $1000.  The salesman at Home Depot also said that he had not had any complaints about this dishwasher, he also did not think that the stainless steel interior made any difference in the washer except in looks.  We had it delivered and my husband installed it - he indicated that it was not an easy task because it was heavy and the drain hose was too long - the directions were good.  We have used it for only a week but so far we love it.  The first time we used it some of the dishes did not come out clean but they had lots of old crusty food dried on them because we had been without a dishwasher for some time and we were anticipating the arrival of this one so we saved some dishes to fill it right up and run it.  Since then we have not had any problems with the dishes comming clean or being dry when we open it up.  We are now able to start the dishwasher right after dinner instead of waiting until we go to bed because it is so quiet.  We use the pots and pans mode to get a stronger spray and everything has come out nicely, including the pizza cutter that went in with dried cheese and pizza sauce on it.
