Despite the fact that I'm on my third LG Chocolate I still like it. I had two phones0 go on the "fritz" and unexplainably loose all my information and I had to get new phones each time. That is a major negative in my opinion but since I was able to replace it for minimal cost that lessened the blow.
I don't use my phone for anything besides talking on it, texting and occasionally I use a couple of applications. It is supposed to be great for music, but I don't use that feature. The reception has always been better than any of my friends cell phones. The sound quality on the ringer is great. You can actually put a ring tone on it and have it sound like the song and not something blasting out of a blown speaker. I have very very few dropped/lost calls. The wheel button on the front takes some getting used to and you can not operate the touch sensor buttons on the front with gloves on, which is not that cool when it's -12 outside! My husband is unable to operate my phone, he always pushes too many numbers since they are close together or can't get the wheel button to operate correctly. I have no problem with it but I remember it taking some time to get used to.
There are tons of available applications by download and I found the Navigator to be very helpful while traveling. It helped us find roads, hotels, gas stations etc. There are many games to download to keep the kid occupied in the car on long drives. The picture and sound quality is great for that.
It has all the standard features you need like microphone, calculator, alarm, stopwatch, world clock, calendar, notepad and tools to change you display settings.
It is bluetooth capable but I don't use my bluetooth.
Overall I think it's a really nice phone and plan to keep it until the next best thing comes out!
