The answer is yes, yes it does. What's better than being able to flip open your phone and watch TV for only 15 dollars a month? I love it! Those long car rides aren't too bad when you don't have to miss your favorite show! When I first got it, it was sort of difficult to get used to as far as texting and checking voicemail goes, but with time it became much easier, and actually fun to use. This phone also has a nice sleek design, but can sometimes be deceiving. Although pretty phones are nice, they're not always the best choice for people such as myself. I now have had 3 of these phones because they aren't exactly that durable. One broke from just being inside of the front pocket of my backpack, and another broke because of technical difficulties(i'm not sure how that worked out, but kudos to verizon for giving me a free phone) But at any rate, regardless of it's issues, I still would recommend this phone to anyone interested in a new phone with Verizon Wireless, especially since most of their phones aren't as complex. The sound quality is great. The picture is magnificent, and the camera takes decent pictures.
