Pros:Touchscreen and keypad. Texting. 
 Cons:Internet. And internet surfing. 

I had this phone for two years. It was a great phone. Both touch and keyboard! Easy to text and call! Internet wasnt great though! I bought it to try touchscreen for a change and i loved it! The env touch was a great phone for me. I recommend it!
