I am very picky about phones, none every make me 100% happy. This phone comes pretty close. It has stereo speakers that make music sound muck better than most phones. It also has most functions working on the outside of the phone and all working on the inside. This seems weird but it is nice to be able to leave the phone closed and still text and make calls. The full keyboard makes texting SUPER easy and fast. Another great feature this phone has is the 2.0 mega pixel camera. It takes some of the best pictures I have ever seen a phone take. The phone is able to send text, picture and video messages, and record conversations. For a monthly fee you can also use the turn by turn navigation feature, access a washed out internet and download music and videos.
One thing I don't like about the phone is the small storage space for the text message inbox. Mine can only hold about 52 messages. Very small considering this is a texting phone. It also comes with NO games. They are easily downloaded but at a price. The sound quality is not ideal but it is hard for me to tell if that is from the service or the phone since it is the first time I have had a Verizon phone. I often find myself saying what so much so that I get frustrated and end the conversation.
