We love this screen tent. We use it on camping trips and bar-b-ques at the park or beach. We set the screen tent up over a picnic bench and still have room for chairs and other small tables for food preparation. There is still plenty of room to move around.
A screen tent is great because it keeps the bugs and sun off while cooking and eating and you still get plenty of air circulation.
It is lightweight and easy to carry because the frame is made of aluminum. The screening is made of a beige polyester Ultra Violet light protected fabric that can weather the sun for a long time. The roof is also UV-protected polyester but in a solid color and
lets in plenty of light. It is also waterproof in case it rains on your picnic. This tent is a very solid construction. All seams are reinforced. The zipper is strong too. There is no floor in this tent.
Have you ever been on a camping trip where everyone argues about how to set up the old tent? Well I have, and it isn’t fun. It is funny for awhile, but then it gets old. Year after
year, hearing Uncle Abner arguing with Uncle Bud about how the tent poles go. (names have been changed to protect the innocent -but they really aren’t innocent those crotchety old guys!) With this screen tent they will have to find something else to argue about (and they will, believe me!). This tent is very easy to put together. All poles are color
coded and snap together. The set up instructions are also sewn-into the tent so you can never lose them! How convenient is that?
This is really a nice screen tent that will be used year after year. A great investment. Everyone will want to borrow it, especially because the set-up is so easy.
