Over the past year and a half I have slowly, but surely, worked my way through many of LUSH's bath bombs and other products. Why on earth it took me so long to try LUSH Blackberry Bath Bomb is beyond me, but man am I happy I did! I have found yet another LUSH staple to add to my growing list!

I purchased my 6.3 OZ Blackberry Bath Bomb from the LUSH website at lush.com for $5.80. Prices, unfortunately, have gone up for the North American LUSH website. You can also find this product in any LUSH store, amazon.com and even ebay.com.
The Details
To look at Blackberry you wouldn't think much of it. In comparison to some of LUSH's other bombs, this one looks pretty plain and simple. It's purple in color with the word bomb etched into it. There's no glitter, no sparkles or little things sticking out of it. LUSH describes it as an "uplifting berry burst of goodness."
Blackberry contains uplifting frankincense, bergamot and plenty of berries. To use, you simply fill your tub with warm water and then drop it in! It fizzes away leaving you with gorgeous purple water and a cute little surprise "boom boom."
The scent of Blackberry is totally amazing. I'm never quite sure what I'm going to get with LUSH scents. Their idea of fruity is typically totally different than mine and this time was no different. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful combination of berries, bergamot and frankincense. It's not sweet fruity, it's calming, uplifting and heavenly. It's hard to explain because the scent is so much more complex than just fruity!
A New Lush Staple
While I love trying LUSH products, my wallet doesn't. LUSH products are a bit on the high side as far as bath products go, so, I try to find favorites and stick with them for a majority of the time. I was thrilled with how much I loved Blackberry because it's one of the less expensive bombs that LUSH carries and one of the biggest!
When my box of LUSH goodness arrived, I eagerly opened it up, as I always do, and started sniffing the contents. When I got to Blackberry I was completely amazed by the beautiful scent. I knew, right then, that I was going to be taking a bath with it that evening!
One of the neat things about LUSH products is the colors they change the water. Blackberry changes the water into a brilliant, grape kool-aid shade, of purple. I was a bit worried at first that I was going to be dealing with staining in the tub, but, fortunately, there were no stains to be found!
Only certain LUSH bombs are moisturizing, so, I wasn't surprised to find that Blackberry wasn't. Despite the fact that it didn't moisturize my skin, it didn't leave it feeling dry or itchy either.
I can't rave enough about this gorgeous scent. It's so comforting, so relaxing and I had no idea the combination of berries and frankincense could do that! What's better is that the scent will linger for a very long time on my skin!!
Overall
I highly recommend LUSH Blackberry Bath Bomb. This has become one of my absolute must have at all times LUSH staples!
