I really did not like this product, which I bought at a salon. My hair tends to become dry during the winter, but with a good conditioner, it's never a problem. My hair maintains a good shine in general. I began using this product for about a month last summer, and my hair become very dry and brittle using it. It was so bad that my hairdresser asked me if I had even bothered to condition my hair! I figured that maybe I was not using enough of the leave-in conditioner, so I began using more. That didn't help. My hair felt weighed-down and greasy when I was styling it, and by the end of the day, it would look drier than the desert again. I even tried to let my hair air dry, figuring that maybe blow drying it every day was harming my hair. Nothing worked.
I switched to Biolage brand products and have used them faithfully since last summer with fantastic results. I threw out my Lanza leave-in conditioner once I realized that Biolage made my hair shiny and didn't weigh it down.
