I can not believe that I never heard this call. What mastermind thought this one up? <G>

Then again, the weird stuff that is always happening to us is nothing I could ever think up....

Like the time we wanted to relax at the movies after a really bad week and pandemonium broke out. THAT was hilarious.

I STILL have to find a place to put that one somewhere on EPINIONS.

Capri-

I have heard this 911 call on the radio several times- not sure if it's real or staged, but it IS funny nonetheless!...Mark

Hey, Sal,
If you are a winter, the new eye glitz powder by Revlon is fabulous! It is not as sheer as the L'Oreal line of ON THE LOOSE shimmering powder shadow.

Try that too, I would do a review on the Revlon one, but it is not here yet.

I never heard that tape. I hope I can some day. A good laugh is a good commodity in these parts....

Guess you never knew that , huh? <G>

That 911 call has been around for YEARS and it never fails to have me rolling on the floor.
Did you get a chance to hear the whole thing?? Wait until you get to the part where the bitten man is insisting that he needs an "ambalance" over and over again....the 911 operator just can't get what's going on!!

and WOW what a wonderfully detailed reveiw about eye shadow. Being a winter I am going to track down a couple of the color combos next time I am out. It's hard to find decent shades these days.

Re: did you hear the one about the turkey (Reply to this comment)

HAHAHAHAHA,
I remember talking to a woman that made a practice of putting dead porcupines in her car. She was a beader and wanted the quills.

Can you imagine if one of THOSE woke up!!!!

A woman with quills sticking out from her like a nut driving down the road.....

We humans do such STUPID things, eh?

Thanks for the comment!

did you hear the one about the turkey (Reply to this comment)

there was a guy who shot a turkey and put it in the trunk along with his gun. As he was riding along he heard noises in the trunk. Turns out the turkey wasn't dead. So he pulls over and opens the trunk at which point the gun goes off and shoots him! He ends up getting fined for shooting out of season in addition to needing medical attention. How many times do hunters get shot by their prey??
So Beware of those "dead" animals we stow in our cars.
Great info on the product line...

Thanks for the nice comments, Natasha.

Can you imagine how boring the world would be without color?

By the way, my poor bedraggled husband came home last night as my son excitedly chattered the story to him.

All he could say (as he was struggling to stay awake) was, didn't I hear that story before???

So, now I can make him feel better- he probably did hear it before.

Thanks again,
Capri

Capri...

So funny... I remember that 911 call quite well -- they played it on the radio constantly, and each time it cracked me up.

Great review -- excellent visuals, as well... I can completely relate to your penchant for color.

Take care,
Natasha

All that for 3.99, I would say that was a bargain. You sure have a way with words and stories. Very good

Hey, you might have something there! Just think of the possibilities. Hunters everywhere clomping off to their local Walmart to buy L'Oreal eyeshadow......

HAHAHAHAHA

I tend to write rather unusual reviews. I live a rather unusual life.

Just found out that I share a bday (today) with Lucy M Montgomery (Anne of Green Gables), Winston Churchill, and Mark Twain.

Hmmmmm. Kind of humbles on a little bit, eh?

Glad you found something useful here!
