We picked Li’l Critters Gummy Vites up at Sams Club a while ago, and both my four year old and I take these.

I was taking the chewable children’s vitamins for a long time and got tired of the gritty taste and it was time for my daughter to start take vitamins, so we decided to try this. Two years later, we are still buying them, now for both of us.

They come in six fruity flavors of orange, which comes in the color orange, strawberry, which is red, cherry, which is also red, lemon is yellow, white grape, is green, and tropical punch is a light green. To tell you the truth, the flavors all taste the same to me- sweet! But my daughter does prefer a certain color depending on her mood. Sometimes she asks for one orange one and one yellow one. After some time, the colors begin to get darker, although that has no effect on their potency.

Li’l Critters Gummy Vites is a great tasting gummy vitamin. It is not too hard, like some other brands we’ve tried. Also, it is not too chewy like other brands. They are all shaped like little bears.

So, what’s in it you might wonder? It packs a punch of 143% of the daily recommended dosage of Vitamin B-12, 110% of pantothenic acid, 57% of iodine, 30% of zinc, and 44% of biotin. In addition to those important vitamins, there is also 104% of Vitamin A% , 50% of Vitamin C, 20% of Vitamin D, 165% of Vitamin E, 114% of Vitamin B-6, and 130% of folic acid.

Vitamin A is very important for support healthy vision, teeth and skin. It also helps in the normal development of cells and bones. Vitamin B12 is helpful in the normal growth and development of red blood cells, skin and hair. Vitamin C promotes healthy teeth and gums and also helps in healing cuts, burns, and even broken bones. Folic acid helps the blood cells and intestinal tract. The rest of the vitamins are actually listed and broken down and mention what they do exactly in the body.

Other ingredients are glucose syrup, sucrose, gelatin, citric acid, lactic acid, colors, natural flavors, coconut oil and beeswax to prevent sticking. Li’l Critters Gummy Vites are made without gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and preservatives.
