Your review would be more helpful if you would talk more about details such as the location, if a continental breakfast was offered, what other amenities (besides a cold jacuzzi) were available such as pool or exercise room as well as give information about the room such as size, layout, etc.

Please let me know if you update this and I'll be happy to come back and re-read it.
