Nice shoe

Pros: Good price comfortable

Cons: Rubber peeling of soles

The Bottom Line: I wouldn't buy them again due to my ability improvement. However I would recommend them to someone starting out.

I purchased the La Sportiva Cliff around two and a half years ago. The style of climbing that I do is mainly single pitch crack climbing, I have recently started to sport climb on steep harder climbs. The are very comfortable and offer a person a good shoe for a beginner to intermediate ability. I feel as if I have grown out of them, this is regarding to ability. I need a more agresive shoe. However I am still happy to wear the "cliff" on multipitch climbs for the comfort. The soles are sticky and offer good grip. They are very comfortable. I unfortunatly bought them maybe one size to big. This is good for longer climbs but on shorter sport or over vertical climbs I have trouble.
