Pros: Cheap , Powerful and good-looking sub-woofer.
Cons: Some noisy sounds can be heard from the satelites
The Bottom Line: I strongly recommend it to budget buyers. With this price, you cant find any other same quality speakers. Throw away those mediocre speakers buddled together with your computer.

What can I say ? Labtec Pulse-424 is the monster among the same genres. It consists of 2 satelites with 6 watt each and one 20 watt sub-woofer. The bass from sub-woofer is very strong,it shakes your house even when you just adjust it to 1/4 of max. The satelites just fine however the sharp noisy sounds from the satelites when you hear rock musics quite irritating.
I just brought it yesterday after spent my times going through all the reviews of speakers from $30-$50 here. Labtec Pulse-424 is the one of the cheap but quality speakers, the price is same as ALtec Lansing ACS33 here in Malaysia, but Labtec Pulse-424 comes with 20watt and nice looking sub-woofer, Comparing to Altec Lansing ACS33 which comes with small,15wattt and quite bad looking sub-woofer. So I chose Labtec Pulse-424 at last.
The installation is very easy, just plug in the audiuo signal cord to your soundcard , another thicker cord to your sub-woofer and power cord to your sub-woofer, it's done. You can start rocking your neighbours with this new cheap speakers set.
So far, I am satisfy with Labtec Pulse-424. My advice is choose Labtec if you are looking for cheaper but the quality speakers. Choose Altec if you like branded and more reliable speakers, and ofcause you have to pay more.
