I had just finished my shopping at the local Long's Drug Store and got into my hot car while flinging my shopping bag containing my husband's anniversary card, a package of hair lightning junk, and other miscellaneous drug store items when I felt an intense pain on my forearm. Thinking I must have somehow gotten a splinter somewhere, I glanced down at my arm to see a red mark with a little brown needle and sac sticking out of my arm.
