When I drink coffee, I want it lightened.  A lot.  And I prefer it to have a thick, creamy lightener.  Skim milk just won't do. 

Individual cups of Mini Moo's Half & Half are handy to keep around.  As they require no refrigeration, they can easily be kept in my office, or in a pantry at home.  With a reasonable shelf life (a few months), and a [mostly] spill-proof container, these little gems define "convenient".

The individual cups are only about an inch tall.  It's easy to grab the two or three that I'm going to use in my large coffee.  Each is sealed with a foil cover.  The cover is easy to peel back, but doesn't leak very easily.  In fact, the only time I experienced leakage was through a "crush" situation.  Still, for long-term storage, it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep them in a zip-lock bag "just in case".

The directions say to "shake well".  I have to admit, I omit this step.  I figure I'm going to stir my coffee once I add the contents anyway.  And the taste and texture don't seem to suffer for my lack of shaking. Still, that's what the directions say, so omit this step only under extreme caution.  (What can I say, I'm a rebel!)

Each cup is probably designed for a "normal" coffee cup.  But I use a large travel mug for my coffee, and I like it very light.  So two or three get used at once.  The coffee lightens, and receives a creamy flavor and texture.

Each cup adds 10 calories and 1 gram of fat.  Ingredients: Grade A Milk and Cream, Sodium Citrade, Carrageenan, DATEM, and Tetra Sodium Pyrophosphate.

Naturally, to save money, it pays to buy these items in bulk.  BJ's carries them in boxes of 180.   You can also purchase them online in various-sized boxes.  I wish the expiration date were stamped onto each cup, but it's not.  You have to read it from the outer container.
