Pros: Stiff, Lightweight, Supportive, Comfortable
Cons: Little cold sometimes.
I recently purchased a pair of L10's that had been hardly used so that i'd have a fairly decent pair of boots to ski this year, as to my disappointment i couldn't afford a new pair of salomons. As soon as the boots arrived i knew they were going to be good, they are incredibly laterally supportive, super stiff, lightweight and also nice looking into the bargain. They pinched me a little when i wore them around the house but that minor pain was a small compromise for the performance i thought i would get so i put it to the back of my mind. Once i was on the slopes on the first day of my holiday all my expectations of the L10's were supersceded, they are amazing. The pinching i had previously experienced passed after about all of 5 minutes while the boots shaped to my feet, These are actually the best boots i have ever skied, far better than any salomon boot i've tried. Whatever i wanted from them they provided, On the hardpack, in the powder, in the mogul fields, anywhere. My only gripe and this is me forcing myself to criticise is that they gave me two small blisters on my inner heels, and my toes got pretty cold, but hey i think it was more than worth it, they are a very comfortable boot overall. Buy these or the new Lange equivalent if you want amazing performance on the race course or anywhere else.
