| n2audio's Full Review: Lanzar Vibe 1200D Car Amp |
I originally ordered my 1200D from sounddomain for great price of $225. The amp looks great, installed easliy, and even performed well. However, the amp stopped working on the 2nd day of use. It was obvious the amp had a problem internally so I sent it back to sounddomain for an exchange. My second amp also stopped operating on the 2nd day. This time, however, the amp actually went up in smoke.
I then returned the amp to Lanzar for warranty service. My 3rd 1200D finally did what it was supposed to do. I had it powering 2 12" subwoofers at 2 ohms which it did with ease.
In the end, I was very satisfied with the amp. The problem is, will you get a good one, or a bad one?
I rated it a 1 for durability not because of construction or appearance, but because you never know when it's going to die.
