For the past year or so I have been into organic foods. I have also been reading every single label on every single food item I place into my shopping cart. Not everything I eat is organic but most things are. I always check labels making sure there is never any high fructose corn syrup in any food item I buy.

I first tried Late July Organic Cheese Sandwich Crackers in a single pouch bought at my local supermarket. The package stated there were 140 calories in the four crackers inside of the package.

 I had bought only one package because I just wanted to try them out. At $1.25 for one 1.2ounce package with only four crackers inside, I thought it was very high in price. Hoever, I did try their cookies and knew they were good and curiousity got the best of me in trying these cheddar sandwich crackers.

Using two of their classic buttery crackers with a creamy white cheddar cheese filling sandwiched inbetween I had wished I had bought more. The crackers are simply delicious!

The Late July company uses aged organic cheddar cheese. I noticed in the ingredients they use sweet cream and buttermilk. I can honestly say, on top of the cheddar in the filling, I can taste those two ingredients in these luscious crackers.

Late July Organic Cheese Sandwich Crackers satisfied my craving for a night snack while watching TV. Only four sandwich crackers and I was full.
