Thanks for the great review. Having been in a car accident and have so far been through 4 surgeries ( the knee is next) I've gained weight and have been looking for something I can work on without further injuries. I had been considering this but thanks to your review I'll keep looking.

This is rough on the knees for sure. I had surgery at least eight years ago on my knee and somehow, this managed to bring back a lot of the pain I felt before the surgery. It's a cute idea, I guess, but tough on the joints.
I hope you find the right workout plan for you. It's so hard to know what you will like and stick to!
Thanks for the comment :)

...and I clicked on it from Epinions home page, in the "Most Helpful" reviews section. Your reviews really did make it there... nice work!

Wheeee! Now we all should use the MH button a little more because if I see the same 4 or 5 things there, I will scream. Then again, I never saw this on the page.
That's cool :)

Ltt lateral thigh trainer (Reply to this comment)
by normtrub
I'm quite happy with this device. I usually use a treadmill or stationary bike for about an hour a day for cardio exercise. However on cold & rainy nights when I don't feel like the walk to the gym, the LTT is a Godsend. I get out my resistance bands, do a light resistance routine & I work up a bit of a sweat, get the heart rate up to about 65% and watch the Telly for about 45min while working out with the LTT afterwards in the comfort of home. It works some thigh muscles that the treadmill & bike don't touch so there is also some variability. I do recommend it.
