LOL true - well for me I consider 30 pounds portable. Not on a bike that's true but from one room to another. Thanks for stopping by. jo

30 lbs..... portable? (Reply to this comment)

not on a bike.... which, BTW is a great way to work your glutes, never be bored, and get somewhere to boot!

I think many do, Patty so keep them coming. I have a list I don't know if I'll ever get to them all. The problem is they change models so fast. In 6 months a perfectly good treadmill will be $300 less because it has been replaced with a NEW model!! frustrating for us as reviewers. jo

Deb I have 3 e-mails just from today. I don't mind. Sometimes it takes time. One person wanted to know if she could add resistance to a Tony Little Gazelle piece and the answer is no. Just in case anyone else is wondering.
How about fat free mayo? Or light mayo? or put weights on your ankles and do leg lifts. Just as good as any of these gadgets. jo

Great Review (Reply to this comment)

I, too, reviewed this and I said essentially the same thing. It simply is dangerous, boring, and could be painful. I hope readers head the warnings.

for me! I wonder if the mayo I plan to put on my burger tonight (sans the bun) might help? :)
What a nice compliment to have someone contact you, Jo!
