Pros:High sharpness with a very pleasing background blur
Cons:A little heavy if carried all day. Very expensive.
This is a superb Leica lens that has its own optical character and contrast. Portraits taken at f/4 have a beautiful background blur (bokeh) that is unlike any other Leica lens. The internal focusing is a nice feature and rotating the focus dial is very smooth and fast.
This lens is purported to be Leica's finest R lens optically speaking, and I believe it.
