Pros: Very compact, yet it holds a LOT. Excellent 'features'. Resists heat!
Cons: The very outer pocket has a Velcro strap, and doesn't hold too much very securely.
The Bottom Line: I like this case a lot. Go out and buy it! Worth the money, and VERY convenient and useful.

Bang-a-rang Ruffio. We have a wiener.
I bought this case mainly because I had money to spend, and it looked pretty.
I carry a Panasonic CD player, and in my little world Case Logic and Panasonic are very happy together, as represented by this case and my CD player.
The case has 3 pockets to it. One is about an inch wide for holding CDs, the other maybe half an inch for holding the CD player, and the outer pocket, for holding papers and CD booklets I assume.
The disc pocket is spacious and can hold 5 at most (my experience) CDs in their jewel cases. It has very nice access with a simple zipper that closes tightly. Here's what I love however. I use a Case Logic (I sound like a CL advertiser, don't I?) 24 CD wallet. It fits PERFECTLY in this disc pocket. It goes in very well and comes out very well, but is still nice and secure without being squished. Case Logic HAD to have had this in mind when they designed whichever of these products came out second.
The next pocket for the CD player I don't have much to say on, it works very well, good amount of room, again; not too tight, not too big. The big thing though, it does have a small zipper-locked opening on the bottom to slip your headphones cord through to reach the CD player without opening the main zipper. I realize this is fairly standard nowadays, but it's still nice.
The third pocket I find useless, it's basically mesh and is only supported by a Velcro strap that holds it 'tight'. It's meant for CD booklets or random papers, but I'm not much into carrying those around, so for me it's more just eye candy, and it does look good. I admit that! Some people have shown me a way to slip headphones in there in such a way that the Velcro strap holds them securely, however, the headphones I generally use don't work in this way. So whatever! It's yours for the option!
One the sides of the case are two straps that run along the case edge, one of these sides has a clicky button thing so you can detach part of it, now THIS is how I store my headphones. VERY nice feature, they just kinda hang there, and it's incredibly easy to take a pair off when you want to.
The -coughBACKSIDEcough- of the player has a strap running down the middle. This is used to slip a waist band around to support the player. Useful for jogging. Or you can use the supplied waistband and attach it, with clips, to the top and use it more like a bag or a purse. I wear it more like a side bag, over one shoulder, but across your head. More support that way.
Well, there it is! I very very nice little case for anyone to use for their portable CD player. I love it! Sorry Anniemal, but I wanted to write an opinion on it too!
I rate it a four because, while it is high quality, I find it a bit expensive. But I think it's worth the money. It is Case Logic, they have the right to charge a bit more for superior products. Although I did buy a 30 CD-in-jewel-case holder, NOT from Case Logic, but that's another story.
