seattletechman's Full Review: Linksys WRT350N Wireless Router
I have two of these - one at my office and one at home - you either get a great one that works or one that is completely problematic. If it doesn't you'll find yourself looking for the tallest building you can find if you have to call their tech support...it's ridiculous how bad they are. They even built into their script, after asking me if it was working, and I said - NO - IT IS NOT WORKING - they said, "great, now that we have resolved your issue, I will close this case..." - talk about frustrating. I have always been a linksys fan, but after 15-20 requests to be sent to the next support level, I was still on with the same person who couldn't even read her screen scripts right. A flea would have been more helpful in resolving the issue. VERY FRUSTRATING - if you get frustrated easily - don't call tech support, just return the router - their tech support is probably the reason there are random shootings in this country.
