We have 4 cats.
I despise cleaning litterboxes.
It brings me to tears, and I literally force myself not to vomit.

The free tech support... it is unbelievable! I was stunned to find that they had extended hours, with real people sitting at the other end, that easily solved my problem.

This gets my highest marks, however...
I am spoiled now, I will NEVER go back to an archaic litter-box. EVER!

I had to contact tech support due to what I like to call "operator error." In other words, I needed to twist the little knob on the bottom to make it more sensitive for my lightweight cat.

I wouldn't call it loud, but you do hear it. It is no louder (in fact a bit more quiet) than a litter-maid. All I can say is that when I do hear it running, I know that I am not scooping litter, and the house is not going to stink.
