Pros: All in one play center, so much to do with so much detail involved!
Cons: Construction!
The Bottom Line: Play house, climb, slide and swing, what more do you need? Putting it together took a lot but seeing how much fun they have makes it all worth it.

Little Tikes Playcenter Playhouse
Ages: 2-6
Dimensions: 107W x 92L x 78H
Shipping info: Extremely large and heavy (box 78L x 46D x 34.5H)
This is a nice size playhouse made out of heavy plastic that has some wonderful features. The house is beige with large windows (good for climbing through) and a red door (with window and doorknob) surrounded with gray stone. It also has a blue roof and attached gray stone chimney. And of course the wrap around brown wood deck that leads to a green slide. Inside the house is loaded with details such as a molded-in kitchen (sink and stove) with working cupboards and clicking knobs, a molded in clock, fireplace, and a red portable telephone.
PROS:
I have a 2yo and a 4yo (girls) and this house fits them both very well. My 4yo would obviously like a bigger slide (this one is only about 2 ½ feet high), but shes happy with it just the same. They both love climbing through the large windows and out onto the deck. And of course, the biggest thrill, just playing house. It really is beautiful. Its large enough inside that right in the center I can stand fully erect (Im 5'8), plus my girls can be in there without any of us feeling crowded.
CONS:
What a chore to put this thing together! It took three of us roughly 4-5 hours to complete (not all at once), one thing to keep in mind also is that we did this in the winter time, I think if it were warmer outside the pieces would have been more flexible, thus easier to fit together. Some of the bolts were a little difficult getting lined up with the holes (HIGHLY recommend electric screwdriver).
The deck is a bit high for my two year old, she really has to work at climbing up on it. It does have a foothole, but her foot slips right out of it. The deck doesnt seem real sturdy, I certainly dont fee comfortable sitting on it and I notice when the girls walk on it, it flexes (hard to describe, but I think its a hollow piece).
The stickers that make up the burners didnt take long to peel off and the knobs for the stove popped off relatively quickly its not difficult to put these back on but its an inconvenience anyway.
Optional Swing Set Extension:
Dimensions: (rough estimate) 78H x 54L
This is simply a blue A-frame and a bar that extends out from the chimney of the house. It also contains two blue plastic molded seats on ropes. There is another red bar that comes with the package, but this is used on a different playset not needed with the playhouse. I also highly recommend getting the optional anchor kit for I think $10-15 more.
The main reason I went with the Playcenter Playhouse was not only because of the cute house, but also because of the swing set extension, I felt I was killing two birds with one stone. It was rather quick and easy to put the swing set up. I bought a different seat for my two year old, since shes a little young to be swinging on her own yet, but my four year old had no problems with the seat.
We let them swing on it before the anchor was attached and the A-frame leg lifted up pretty high everytime they swung back in unison. This is why I feel the anchor kit is a must. Its just a matter of digging a hole putting a stake in the ground and tying it around one leg of the A-frame.
