We bought this toy for my son right before his first birthday. He had no toys to ride on or anything like that at all. We thought this would be a cute toy.
There's not much to it. A plastic body with four wheels and handles. The fabric cover is really nice because it stays on well, but is easy for a parent to take off and throw in the washing machine. Perfect in case some juice or something gets spilled. It's designed for a young child to sit on and "ride" around by pushing or walking it with their feet.
There is a squeaker built into the head that seemed rather cool when we were putting it together. But once you get everything put together, it's impossible to make the squeaker work. Now, my father-in-law and my husband are both very stubborn men. They were determined that my mother-in-law and I had obviously done something wrong when we put this together. So, they spent and entire evening taking it apart and putting it back together. They must have done it a dozen times. Same result every single time. The squeaker works great when the fabric cover is off. It doesn't work at all when the cover is on.
None of this really mattered anyway because my son had absolutely no interest at all in this toy. We were baffled. I finally took it to a consignment shop after it sat around our house for a year, but it had less than an hour playtime on it.
This toy just wasn't a hit in my house. All kids are different, so I don't want to completely "bomb" this toy. Maybe you will have better luck. But you might want to look into some different ride-ons instead.
