We bought the toddler bed version of this bed, the blue one without the toy box storage or the shelves. My 1 year old son saw it in a newspaper advert.Because at this time he wasn't in his own bed we went to get it for him,then that night he went in and slept all night in it, from that day on he went in is own bed every night, he were so pleased with his new car bed.
We really like the fact that it is low to the ground so when (or if) he fell out of bed he wouldn't have far to fall.This bed took lees then a hour to set up. I liked the fact that we didn't have to buy another mattress.
There are some down sides to this bed, it doesn't have any side rails and it would probably be hard to put some on the bed, it is also a little bit larger than the other toddler beds that we looked at. If you are limited on space then this bed may not be the best for you due to the size. The only other drawback was the price, we found it on sale at Index we paided about £100 but that were 2 years ago, so i bet there cheaper now.
Overall, I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for an adorable bed for their precious little boy. One hint, check around at some resale or consignment shops; this is a pretty popular item and you may be able to find it at one of these shops for much cheaper. My son loves his bed it is very hard wearing and very stable.
