If there's one thing I've learned about burnout, it's that it's a big STOP sign. If you aren't sure whether or not you want to get over it, then just stop writing. It doesn't mean you have to make a decision; it doesn't mean you won't write again. Just take a vacation from it - for a week, a month, even several months. Don't think about it at all. Then, at some point, try reading a relevant book. See if it piques your interest. Then think about decisions.
I think when I finally work my way through the burnout, I'll have to write an article for the writers' resources section of my web site on dealing with burnout.
I'm so glad you like the reviews!

"Burn out." I'm suffering the worst case of burn out in my poetry career that I've ever seen.
What I can't decide is if I care enough to try to get over it! :)
Nice review. I don't know why I didn't have you on my trust list. You're on it now. Thanks for the excellent reads.

I'm so glad I could help! I already have another one of this author's books, and I've put three or four more on my wish-list. That's how impressed I was. Let me know if it helps!
