Pros: Fun, especially playing with people you know well and can rib in good fun.
Cons: Those of us who've had kids often pee in our pants from laughing so hard!

Creativity goes a long way in this game. My family always plays it when we get together for holidays, and we have a blast!
Basically, there are 4 categories of questions, and when it is your turn, you have to guess how the other players answered the question. We write answers that sort of make fun of each other's quirks; all in good fun. I'm not sure how much fun we'd have if we really just answered the questions. For example, there is a question that asks something like, If you were going to tatoo someone's face on your body, whose face would it be and where would you put it? A "straight" answer may be, "my husband on my arm." However, a typical answer when we play may be, "my mother-in-law on my rear because she's always up there about something..." We tend to elaborate with a because...
When introducing friends to the game, we often just go through a round or two with our type of answers, and they catch on. It's funny to hear a "straight" answer among the jabs. We've gone through the questions several times and have different answers each time. There tends to be a theme, many answers tie in to whomever has done something stupid or has a hang-up about something. However, I did finally find the updated question pack in the manufacturer's online store: www.loadedquestions.com, so if you purchased your game before August of 2007, you could get these additional questions. I guess they're included in the game selling now.
We like the game board because we, too, are competitive. It's also such a challenge at the end for someone to get them all correct. By then, we tend to be really creative... We don't do the "reversal" squares; we just stick to the basic rules.
It is the most fun game we own, and we are a game playing family.
