Pros: stylish design, quick switch, good placement of buttons, comfortable
Cons: weird design, not small-hand friendly, bad feel when sweaty, not for gamers
The Bottom Line: While taking a while to get used to, this mouse does have a unique feel to it. Recommended for average-size handed casual internet users.

Well first of all, I should tell you that I have small hands, as it may effect your interpretation of this review.
The first thing I noticed about this mouse is that my hand feels really relaxed on it. It is a bit awkward at first, but you get used to it. It positions your hand similar to how it would be positioned while relaxed, palm up.
On the top of the mouse, my index finger fits perfectly over the button. The pressure needed to click is perfect, and so is the sound of the click. It is noticeable, but not annoying. On the rest of the fingers. The middle finger I find discomforting. The mouse is slanted to the right, so its hard to keep your fingers close together. I find that my index and middle finger feel too far apart. It feels like the middle finger should be on the scroller and not on the right button. Another thing is that your pinky and ring finger drag on the mouse pad.
After accepting the feel of this mouse, I noticed the buttons. This mouse has come a long way from other mice in terms of buttons. Lets talk internet navigation keys. Instead of the traditional back on the left, forward on the right, this mouse puts both on one side. It is much easier to go forward with this. Another thing is the style of button, which is a small oval button. I don't accidentally go back while surfing the internet nearly as much as I used to with Microsoft optical mice.
In terms of the scroll bar, I am not impressed. The bar has a button on each end for scrolling large pages. When you hit the plastic with your finger, it hits the button which scrolls in that direction fast. This is sort of like clicking the scroll bar, except it goes at a set speed. I find that with my hands, when I try to hit the up button, I have to raise my palm slightly because my finger just barely reaches the button over the bar. When I try for the down button, my finger rests on the small piece of plastic in between the scrollbar and button, which requires me to raise my finger.
This mouse has also added an additional button that I have never seen before. A "Quick Switch" button allows you to bring up a small window showing all the windows you have open. This is convenient if you do not want to reach down to the start bar, of if you are continuously switching windows.
All in all, its an ok mouse for a large-handed casual internet user, but not someone who games or uses the computer for more than 5 hours a day.
