Logitech must've outdone themselves this time around! Do you remember the quality and tight accuracy of the Logitech WheelMan? (Reviewed at http://www.epinions.com/content_50971315844 ). Well, their "...man" line must be very top of the line, because when I picked up the Logitech's line of WingMan, their performance truely blew my mind (and fingers!).

One, in particular, striked my fancy. The Logitech WingMan Cordless Rumblepad combined a lot in one small package! It's a 2.4 GHz cordless controller via a reciever connected to a USB port that is now oh-so mandatory in all PCs and Macs (Sorry, Mac fans...no support for you guys yet). It is cordless AND operates at a high frequency (for better response AND less interference), AND has force feedback! AND completely customizable (programable trigger buttons) AND has lots of buttons (Along with 6 trigger buttons , it has 4 on top and dual analog sticks ala PSX style). I can go on and on forever! In fact, I just did! Read on and on about what I love about each individual feature...

Go hog wild without fear of tripping or strangling yourself! NOT INFRARED that requires line-of-sight! COMPLETE CORDLESS FREEDOM! And at 2.4GHz, you'll know every command will be recieved by the game! Highly responsive! The frequency hops, too! This ensures that the signal will never be used by someone else. And allows more than one cordless WingMan controllers to be used!

That's right! There's no power button to worry about! It works like a remote! Only better, since you don't need to AIM at anything! The USB reciever does all the radio-waving work. :) And all at 2.4 GHz!

- Vibration Feedback
They don't call it the Rumblepad for nothing! Force feedback is now the standard on all controllers, but it's not usually found on cordless controllers! Immersion TouchSensitive made this all possible! Just think...Logitech actually outsourced someone else who specializes in this for this product! It can me turned off if you're paranoid about battery usage, or you just get queazy with something that shakes more than you can!

- Advanced design for comfort and control
This is no cheap controller! Retailing at $49.99, it better not be! Not only is the controller is contured and the buttons in all the right places, it is hefty! Not too light for that cheap feel, not too heavy to strain you out during intense gaming.

- Loads of programable trigger buttons
So you only see 6 trigger buttons in the picture, right? Well, just like a Playstation controller, there are more on top! Along with the 4 L and R buttons (L1, L2, R1, R2), you also get an analog Throttle Control for analong control!

- Dual Analog sticks
Last, but not least (and how can we forget!)... This makes or breaks a controller! It is a MUST HAVE! Get ready for the new Duke Nukem Forever with this controller! (Or whatever FPS that floats your boat!). The stick is also made like those quality N64 sticks: they don't use potentiometers, but instead use infrared tracking (like what a PC mouse does). This has NO physical contacts for degraded response after a long time of use.



I know that is a lot of info, but I am SERIOUSLY in love with these controllers! Gee, can you tell? :)
