I have used Loreal Color Vive shampoo for a number of years now. I am always on the look out for new shampoos but for some reason I keep going back to this one. It has changed a little over the years. It is now called vive pro with anti-oxidant technology. I am not really sure what all that means but i can say that the shampoo works really well on my hair. I have color treated hair and have been coloring my hair for years now and this shampoo leaves my hair soft and clean. it is extremely gentle as I shampoo my hair almost every day. The main thing that I like about it is that it really does hep retain my color. I am not really sure how but it does. Ever since I have been using this product I can easily go two and a half to three months between coloring whereas before I found myself coloring my hair every eight weeks without fail because it desperately needed it. I would suggest buying the conditioner that goes along with this product as well because the combination dos really work nicely on my hair.
I would say it is very reasonably priced and they usually have coupons in the Sunday paper to make it even a better buy. I have tried really expensive shampoos that do not work nearly as well. It is a great shampoo if you have color treated hair.
