I usually only buy lipstick and I never buy any type of lip gloss, but I feel in love with the coppery color Drama Queen in Loreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss . I have been looking for a shiny sparkling type color like this for a long time.

Loreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss comes in the cutest little tube. The pudgy 0.20 fl oz. or 6.0 mL bottle is fat on the bottom, and then gets skinny in the middle, then gets fat for the wand. The tube is clear so you can see the exact shade you are getting. The thick top to the product provides easy handling of the product. The actual wand itself is really short, which I think provides maxium control of the application. The end of the wand is slightly bent at the end. The end is approx. as winde as my keyboard keys. I think it is the perfect shape for my lips.

Loreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss itself is very creamy and thick. The color I got actually reminds me of some kind of metal shine copper color. The sparkle of the lipgloss is very shiny and sparkling. There is a slight odor to this product. I don't find it offensive at all, simply because I'm used to that Loreal Lipstick smell. The taste is slightly noticable also. It don't bother me or make me sick, but it might bother you.

There are a variety of colors that Loreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss comes in. I have seen ten colors, There maybe more but these are all I found.

You have to be careful when applying Loreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss . If you apply to much the gloss may have the chance to touch your skin around your lips and if it does the little 'glitters' might be hard to get off. The applicator might 'bump' and mark your face. Even after a little wear the glitter may work it's way on to your face; seperate from the lip gloss.

Q: Just about how long does it last?

A: I have noticed that the color lasts about an hour if I'm not eating or drinking. The sparkle lasts through out the day. Maybe after five house of working, I might still have the glitter on my lips, and sometimes my face.

A: I have tried two. Drama Queen, and Diva. These are two totally different colors, but both of them looked good.

Grittyness: Most of the time you will get a lipgloss that has sparkles, and it will feel like there is a ton of sand in your lipgloss, or you lost your lipcolor at the beach and found it five months later. The sparkles in this gloss are barely noticable, and are soft, and not gritty. They don't scratch, hurt, or irritate. This is one of my favorite features of Loreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss . You get two plus 1. Beautiful Sparkles, and 2. A non gritty feel.

Lasting Power: This product don't have the lasting power I hoped it would have. I like the color, and the creamy feel of the gloss and how there is no grittyness, but the simple fact is Loreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss just don't stay. Shortly after the color disappears you still will see the sparkles for a hour - five hours. I like to keep the gloss in my purse so I can do a little "Reapplication" every hour or so.

Taste/Smell: If you have a sensativity to certain smells or tastes Loreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss might bother you, but if small stuff like this don't bother you then you should be fine. I would describe the scent of very mild. A more milder version of the Loreal Lipstick. If you constantly lick your lips the taste of this lipgloss may bother you.

In conclusion I just love Loreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss . It is probably because of the colors they come in. I like the shine, and barely there sparkles that don't taste gritty. The color don't last very long, but I like this product so much I will take the tube with me everywhere and reapply it. If you don't like intense too sparkly lipglosses that sometimes 'bleed' on to the face, this product is not for you. If you are going to a party and would like a nice sparkly look you should give it a try.
