Pros: Gives eyes a nice cool refreshing feeling. Oil free.
Cons: Does not remove makeup. Stings eyes.
The Bottom Line: I do not recommend this product as it does not live up to it's name. It only removed 10% of my eyeliner and stung like a bee!

| ellis222's Full Review: Loreal Plenitude Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover Oil... |
I purchased Loreal Plenitude Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover from my local drug store for $5.99 recently. I was searching for a quality remover, and I always trust the Plenitude line. However I was not impressed with this product.
***Packaging, Price, & Availability***
Loreal Plenitude Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover is a clear liquid that comes in a light blue 4 ounce bottle with white screw on cap. It is made of plastic, so there is no worry about breakage. The cap screws on snug, and did not leak even after being dropped on the floor. (Thanks to my cats). I purchased this product for $5.99 from my local drug store.
***Overall Recommendation***
This product is Oil Free, however, it is not sting free. It is easy to use, however it only removed about 10% of my eyeliner (Revlon). After rubbing my eyes into a red puffy mess I then just washed my eyeliner off with soap and water. A few days later I tried again with different eyeliner (CoverGirl) and still had the same results. This product did remove my eyeshadow without any problems. I did not attempt mascara.
***Directions***
Using a cotton ball or other similar item, wet the item with the makeup remover. Wipe gently over eyelids, etc. It does give you a nice cool feeling. I will give it that much. You do not need to rinse. Do not get directly into your eyes. It stings like a bee!
***Ingredients***
