| poneyby's Full Review: Love to Dance Bear |
I decided to get this bear for my niece for Christmas. They must play the commercial for this toy every 10 minutes. She is 2 and a half and is SO cute when she sees the commercial. She will stop doing whatever it is she is doing and start to sing and dance.
This bear is from the television show Bear in the Big Blue house. I have never seen the show ,but I know my niece and nephews love it. This bear stands about 13 inches tall. When you squeeze the bears paw it starts to wiggle and dance and sings. He says "It's time for the bear cha cha cha" Then he moves back and forth and his head shakes back and forth, while he is singing the song.
I really don't think that this bear is worth the 30 dollar price tag. I mean all it does is sing that one song and move a little. It is very soft and cute and seeing my niece light up when she gets it to me is worth it. I am sure though after a couple weeks it will end up on the shelf with all her other toys. It requires 3 AA batteries that are included. It is recommended for children 18 months and older. I would like to tell you more about this toy, but there is not a lot to it.
If you have a child who loves Bear in the Big Blue House, they would love this bear. It would be nice if it did a little more then just that one song. He is so cute though and soft any child would love it. It shows that commercialism really sells as I would have never considered buying this if I hadn't seen the commercial and my nieces reaction to it.
Have a great Christmas and do the Bear cha cha cha
