I have noticed with many of these sets they dont have or have more than what they say on the web site or on the box. Werid isnt it?
They def need help with packaging.

...that the dog is supposed to be there but somehow didn't make it into this particular box? It might be worth a phone call or e-mail to the vendor. I agree that if it's not in the box, it shouldn't be in the illustration.
