I've always been a fan of Cliff bars. As a meticulous label reader I find their ingredients to be up to my standards and the taste can't be beat. So when I tried Luna bars I was hooked. Why you ask......

1. Taste...a delicious treat. They taste like candy. My favorite is Tropical Crisp, I love the frosting and coconut on top.

2. Nutrition...they have 10 grams of protein, 35% calcium, 35% iron, 100% vit. b12, 100% folate. They are a great snack for pregnant or nursing moms. All that soy protein is essential for all women.

3. Quality...they are sweetened with dried fruit and evaporated cane juice. They have no high fructose corn syrup and are wheat and dairy free.

All I can say is try one, they only cost about $ 1.39, so it cant hurt. They're great for women on the run or as a healthy was to satisfy a sweet tooth.
