This is one of my favorite nutrition bars on the market (and I've had a lot of them), which I happened to find by chance while housesitting for a neighbor.

One of the reasons why I eat nutrition bars is to help curb my candy bar habit. But, some of the bars are so tasteless or thick that it's not worth it. They don't feel that need. The chocolate pecan pie Luna bar does not leave that same empty feeling. Eating this bar is somewhat akin to eating a chocolate-covered rice krispie treat - it tastes that good.

The great thing about this bar is that it not only tastes great, but is also lower in calories (when compared to some of the others) and contains a significant number of nutrients that every woman needs.
