Trying to cut back on dairy, sugar, and drop some post-baby weight has led me to the Luna Bars. Since I had tried Clif Bars before, and was not impressed, I wasn't sure how these were going to be. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! They are very tasty and satisfying. I have a Luna Bar and a cup of coffee pretty much everyday for breakfast, now. Since I just started this regime, I can't tell you how they are for losing weight. They do, however, keep me going until lunch. My boys love them, too. They're always sneaking my Luna Bars from my cookie jar. (I need to find a new hiding place...)
I've tried several different meal replacement bars in the past, and I must say I prefer Luna Bars. For one thing, they are just plain healthier than a lot of the other diet bars, in my opinion.
Being a "chocoholic", my favorite is Nutz Over Chocolate, followed closely
by Chocolate Pecan Pie. Next comes Lemon Zest, and finally, Chai Tea.
If you haven't tried them, what are you waiting for????
