I previously bought a Magellan Road Mate 2000 for one Hundred and Fifty Dollars at Wal-Mart in June of 2007, and loved it until the LCD screen broke, so I called Magellan and they sent me a replacement unit. I bought the one being replaced in the clearance section and was thinking that they were going to ship me a new one but I was COMPLETELY wrong! I received the box from Magellan 3 days after I called in, and when I opened it, they sent me the top of the line unit, the Magellan Maestro 3200, which is equipped with the latest mapping software, Bluetooth technology, and a more life-like voice. It also came with a windshield mount, Wall Charger, Car Charger, USB cord, map updating software for your computer, and a warranty! I called Magellan to make sure this was an even swap, and they told me that wanted to compensate for the trouble of my former GPS, and they told me to enjoy my new one! I was very pleased with the service and turned on the GPS and instantly like it! The map was much more real, and there is an option where if you are a AAA member, you can store you’re membership information and give you contact info! Overall, I am not only satisfied with my GPS, but with Magellan as well!
