Finally, a concealer that does it all...MAC Select Cover-Up conceals what you don't want to reveal, without making it obvious that you're trying too hard to conceal anything at all!
^^^What's inside the package?^^^
A liquidy concealer that somehow manages to conceal both undereye circles AND blemishes equally well. It's not a heavy concealer and won't emphasize fine lines or dryness. It blends amazingly, so people will think you have naturally flawless skin instead of thinking "Oh, I'm glad she knows how to use concealer." MAC describes it as "liquid camouflage for the skin. Texture-free, virtually invisible." As with all MAC products, it comes in a wide variety of shades.
^^^Ok, how about the package itself?^^^
It comes in a small squeeze tube with a screw-on black cap that dispenses just the right amount of product each time. Perfect size to carry it with you anywhere. 0.33oz/10ml.
^^^How do I put this stuff on?^^^
I prefer to use a concealer brush, but I've applied it with just my fingers and it works nicely as well. I've found that compared to other concealers it's very easy to blend. MAC advises you to use it either before putting on foundation or on its own. I've tried both with excellent results.
^^^Who's it for?^^^
Anyone looking for a concealer to help with those undereye circles, blemishes, or simply to even out skin tone. It works for all three equally well, in my opinion.
^^^Where can I find it?^^^
A MAC counter at your local department store, a MAC free-standing store, and eBay.
^^^My take on it^^^
I've tried other concealers, but I'm definitely sticking with this one from now on! I will yet again emphasize the wonderful blendability (is that a word?) of the product as it does not cake at all! The price is very reasonable and a tube will last you a very long time. Conceals without looking like you have anything to conceal!! :)
