Ease of Use:
Pros:Sturdy, Easy to Push, Attractive, Compact, Tall Handles
Cons:Small Seats, Heavy
The Bottom Line: If you have reasonable expectations, you will find this is an excellent double stroller.
I purchased this double stroller because I have a single Maclaren Triumph that I love. The twin version holds up to the standards I have come to expect from Maclaren.

First of all, I purchased this stroller from babydealz.com, which offers last year's models at ridiculously low prices. Initially I ordered a 2007 Twin Triumph from target.com, but it was still backordered after FOUR months with no end in sight. When I ordered from babydealz, my stroller arrived in TWO days and I saved almost $100.
Also, note that the Triumph and the Rally are the same model. Maclaren just changed the names for some reason.
The Rally Twin in Scarlet Bubbles is black. It comes with an easily removable, reversible seat pad for each seat. The pad has a circle pattern on one side, and a silver reflective racing stripe on the other. I love this idea, since I can get twice the use out of the pads. However, my daughter is almost three, and slender, and the pad makes the seat a little snug for her. My 18 month old son fits perfectly.
The seats recline to probably a 45 degree angle. Again, this is not a sleeper stroller. I have had my kids fall asleep in it, and they are more than comfortable to sleep sitting up. They refuse to use the recline feature because they prefer to look around.
The other aspects I like about the Maclaren Rally Twin are the tall handles (comfortable for me 5'7" and my husband 6'4"), the baskets under each seat, and the pockets on the back of each sunshade. The stroller steers like a dream, I can push both kids with one hand. I have heard criticism of this stroller, saying the baskets are too small and the pockets don't hold a coffee cup. Well, first of all, how big can you expect a basket to be on an umbrella stroller? Secondly, the pocket is for storing keys or small toys, NOT a cup. Hold the cup, or do without it.
The sunshade will cover your child's face, albeit awkwardly, if you tilt it forward all the way. That being said, this stroller is not for infants and it is NOT a car. You are not going to get 100% sun protection at all times and at all angles. But for my needs, the shades are wonderful and even feature a tinted window to watch my kids.
The stroller comes with a rain cover. I have never strolled in the rain, mostly because I don't have a rain cover for myself! But it fits snugly and looks very effective. You can store it under a seat in your car.
The Rally fits through all doorways I have come in contact with, even doorways in my 100 year old home. The bad side of ALL twin strollers, as I have found, is that little arms can dart out as you pass through doorways. Make sure your little ones keep all extremities inside the stroller.
The stroller is heavy, which I am fine with. Heck, it holds 110 pounds! I would rather own a heavy, sturdy aluminum stroller than a flimsy counterpart. Just don't count on carrying it long distances like you can do with the single version.
Overall, this was the best stroller for my needs, and the price ($185 total) was a bargain. Do your research, and you may find the same as I did. Good luck!
