Pros: You need it as much as Vitamin C
Cons: Your cell is slow to absorb it
The Bottom Line: Drink a lot of water :) to absorb it better.

You want to buy a fully reacted product (same price anyway) :
http://albionlabs.com/q_and_a.html
My three favorite formulas (not so easy to find) :
Douglas Labs "Amino-Mag 200" (I bought mine from Vitanet)
Doctor's Best "High Absorption Magnesium" (vitaminshoppe.com)
Swanson Health Products "Albion Chelated Magnesium"
My favorite Calcium (irrelevant) :
Vitamin World "Milk Calcium" (www.vitaminworld.com)
Magnesium is found mainly in whole cereals/flour/bread and chocolate. Even then the soil itself might be already depleted of Magnesium. There are hundreds of products today that fix the lack of Magnesium (Melatonin if you're too nervous, Enzymes if you're too tense to digest, Soy if your bones are weak). Magnesium is cheap. Even the most expensive Magnesium would cost you less than $50.00 a year. The price include feeling good, sleeping well, having all the energy you want, okay i'm done.
